A detailed review of Retail portfolio OPEX spend to determine savings of circa 10 - 15% by utilising low-cost, highly scalable technology, data and business process re-engineering.
Achieved 10% energy and maintenance savings in the first year through delivery of a revised operating and support model utilising a customised dashboard/analytics and insights platform.
Workflow Automation

Operating capital workflow automation. Reduced 50% in workflow duplication to enable quicker decision making and accountability with property owners and joint venture capital partners.
The workflow tool manages almost $100M of capital works per annum for Australia’s major retail property owners who use this for their co-owned assets (including Scentre Group, Dexus, AMP Capital, Lend Lease).
Asset Management Systems

Deployed a new asset management system ($3M+ project) integrated with existing information management, service operations systems.
Contractor Management Systems

Portfolio contractor access management system roll-out ($1M+ project). Reduced Centre management administration time by 5 weeks/year per centre by digitising safety inductions, incident reporting and key management.
This resulted in a higher uptake in contractor induction and increased compliance and safety through dashboard exception-based reporting.

Managed and delivered a $20m+ AU & NZ portfolio-wide (42 sites) Customer Wi-Fi network.
